Once again, Holly Madison has found her way into our homes, this time by starring in her own self titled reality show, Holly's World.

And if you're like be me, its hard to ignore Holly Madison's blatant plastic surgery transformation, most notably her exceedingly large breast implants, along with her chiseled and restructured nose job.

I recently read an interview that Holly had with Life & Style magazine last year, and she really opened up about her plastic surgery and self confidence issues.

"When I was younger, I was the first person in my class to start getting boobs, so I thought I was going to be huge. But I stopped growing before everybody else started. That was a big letdown… I compared myself to those (Playboy playmates). I knew what I wanted to look like and was kind of disappointed. I had a butt and no boobs."

"I always stuffed my bra. In fact, I had a boyfriend for years, and we moved so slowly. We didn't have sex for a long time because I had to gradually bring down my bra size so he wouldn't find out I stuffed my bra!"

"Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career. Without it, I wouldn't be where I am today… My nose photographed really big in front of my face. If I wanted to do anything in the entertainment industry, I needed to get it fixed. I was definitely happy with the results. It made me more confident. And a lot of doors open when you look a certain way."

"I wouldn't consider more surgery - unless my body implodes after I have kids! And I'm scared of getting stuff (like Botox) put into my face. It makes you look like you have a rubber mask on. Beauty is truly on the inside. Looks don't define you - they're just a tool to get what you want."


Well Holly, lets keep our fingers crossed and hope that your body doesn't implode, because the last thing we want to see is yet another botched celebrity plastic surgery disaster story. Seriously we mean it! We can't take it anymore!

Ranking as one of the hottest ladies in Tinseltown, Olivia Wilde flaunted her fabulous figure in the June 2010 issue of GQ Russia.

Showing off her bikini body before daringly tossing off her top, the 26-year-old actress did her best to help the popular magazine boost their sales numbers for the month.

The GQ spread comes amidst talk that Miss Wilde is taking time off from her hit show "House" to star in the Jon Favreau directed film "Cowboys & Aliens".

Executive producer Katie Jacobs tells, "Olivia will be there at the very beginning of the season, and then she will not be there for a period of time."

She was “more mature than some of the crew members”, he says. Blake’s secret to handling such uncomfortable situations? “I’m naturally very shy, but I was brought up in a way where I had to get up and get out of that... I have a big family and no one ever treated me like a child,” she explains. “They always treated me like an adult, like an equal. But with acting, I think half of it is just acting confident.” Blake came from a family of actors but they were all down-to-earth. “I don’t feel like I ever had any sort of Hollywood upbringing,” she says. “I got to travel and visit my family on set. I got to eat craft service. I actually think that was the reason I got into acting: the free food. I literally remember on my first job being like, ‘Yes! I get to have craft service every day!’”

Rhona Mitra is an English actress, model and singer, perhaps best known for her role in the movie Doomsday and Beowulf.

As you can see, Rhona Mitra is a beautiful woman with a very lean body type and chiseled 'model like' face, plus she has a suspiciously artificial looking pair of breast implants.


And if i recall correctly, there is actually a photo floating around the internet that showcases a small plastic surgery scar underneath the breast of Ms Rhona Mitra.

It appears that perhaps the actress went one size too big and didn't consider the sag needed to keep the breast implants looking natural. Similar to the breast implants of Audrina Patridge and Victoria Beckham, which are extremely fake looking.

Topless official photos of some Miss Universe contestants have drawn the ire of watchers.

Miss USA and Miss Japan are some of the contestants who posed topless with only strategically placed body paint to cover their modesty.

However, most of the pageant's Asian contestants (with the exception of Miss Japan) have refused to pose naked.

Miss Singapore Universe Tania Lim told The New Paper that she wouldn't do the nude shots because she is representing Singapore. "Coming from Asia, we tend to be more conservative.

The beauty queen added she is thankful that the organisers did not force her to pose naked.

Meanwhile, Miss Malaysia Universe Nadine Ann Thomas had earlier told The Daily Chilli that she would never pose for provocative shots because she doesn't think it is necessary.

In the official Miss Universe photos, Thomas dons a black bikini with green and yellow body paint across her body.

The 2010 Miss Universe pageant will be held in Las Vegas on August 23.

Nancy Pelosi is an American politician who is best known for her current status as the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives.

Its been a few years since the plastic surgery rumors began to swirl around Nancy Pelosi, and even now the whispers are still heard from time to time and from blog to blog.


When the plastic surgery speculation was at its peak, the suggested procedures included a facelift, eye lift, chemical peels and most notoriously, botox.

And while all of this was and is nothing more than hearsay, if Nancy Pelosi did in fact undergo plastic surgery, it was in the form of botox injections, appose to any nip/tuck operations. At least that's how i see it.

US born singer Coco Lee looked at least a decade younger than her 35 years in a tight, pink dress at a recent press conference in Singapore.

The sexy star had dropped by to promote her upcoming concert in October.

It has been 10 long years since the lion city saw her perform and Coco herself admitted that she was nervous about her concert's turnout.

"However, I think the organizers are more worried than I am," she told xinmsn.

A quick check with the organizers ECG Events & Lifestyle, however, revealed that her fears were unnecessary - ticket sales have already exceeded 60 percent.

Moreover, fans can expect a visual feast with over 13 costume changes at the concert.

"For one set of costume I can strip a few times into different styles, so it's going to be rather dramatic!" she enthused.

Coco, who grew up in the States, is unabashedly loud and proud about her assets.

"You people like to see me strip, eh?," she teased.

But despite having a body to-die-for, Coco said it isn't easy for her to maintain her figure.

She added that she fasts whenever she needs to wear something tight-fitting.

"If I eat and my tummy shows, people are going to think that I'm pregnant!" said Coco.

Coco is currently engaged to her Canadian boyfriend Bruce, 52, though the pair has yet to set a wedding date.

"I might announce my wedding at my concert, so you must come and watch it," she said, adding that her ideal wedding would be held near the sea, so it is possible that she would get hitched in Singapore.

You might remember singer-songwriter and pianist, Tori Amos, for hit songs such as Crucify and Silent All These Years, however you might not even recognize Ms Amos after what appears to be a rather extensive plastic surgery transformation which ultimately rendered her looking somewhat like a mythical pixie.


Among the speculated plastic surgery procedures shes rumored to have undergone include a, brow lift which permanently left her eyebrows "raising the roof", a nose job operation that shaved and refined her tip.

Her eyes also look quite different in these before and after pictures, much tighter and squinted after what appears to be an eye lift or perhaps the result of an extremely elevated brow lift.


And last but not least, Tori Amos also seems to have a fondness for botox injections, as her skin has taken on a frozen state which would seem quite troublesome for a spotlight performer who requires the use of expressions.
