Spears, who became popular for her performances on Nickelodeon shows "All That" and for playing Zoey Brooks on "Zoey 101" also got in the spotlight for becoming pregnant at 16.
She had a baby, Maddie Briann Aldridge in 2008 with on-again boyfriend Casey Aldridge.
According to Twitter, Spears is celebrating by playing dress up with Maddie. Over the weekend, she tweeted a photo of her and Maddie with the caption, "What else do you do on your 20th birthday weekend?"
Today, the no-longer-teen actress tweeted: "goodbye teens.. HELLO 20's!
