Mel Gibson, Oksana Grigorieva Break Up

Mel Gibson and Russian singer girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva have broken up after a year of dating.

The couple have one child together, Lucia, 5-months.

Mel and Oksana went public with their relationship after Mel’s marriage of 30-years fell apart. Sources say Mel and Oksana are still on good terms but that they simply drifted apart.

Not shocking. Oksana hit the jackpot when she had Mel’s baby, and hey, nobody knew who she was before she started dating him, so it’s been a win/win for her. Nice job, sugar tits. Mel, on the other hand, lost a lifelong partner, and the mother of his seven other children.

Despite a divorce and an affair that run completely counter to the teachings of the church he's publicly espoused for years, the actor flaunted his relationship with Oksana Grigorieva in public last night.

The couple attended a screening of X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

"Mel has been single for almost three years and it's nice to see him getting out and enjoying himself," his rep told People, referring to Gibson's separation from wife Robyn, which started long before divorce papers were filed.

Still, you'd think the actor - who was dressed in a black suit with a dark gray shirt at the movie - would be more careful about his public image. After all, he's still making apologies to people for hating on Jews so passionately.

Grigorieva, a 39-year-old Russian signer, is signed to Gibson's record label. She held hands with her man as they walked the red carpet prior taking a seat inside the screening at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

"They came in quietly and as under the radar as they could and they were pretty low-key," sad a witness. "Mel seemed very comfortable.
